Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the moment payment is received. During peak periods (e.g. promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Order Tracking
Once the package has been dispatched, every customer receives a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Liability for Shipment
After the package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for its delivery passes to the carrier. In the event of loss or damage, please contact us immediately – we will assist you in filing a claim.
